X Participation in “The 7.11 Day Competition” of Fritz Foundation GmbH is free of charge and is governed exclusively by these conditions of participation.

X All active FITSEVENELEVEN members aged 18 and over are eligible to participate.

X The Instagram profiles of the participants must be “public”.

X With adequate implementation of the Competition Steps 1-3, the personal results will be credited to the club ranking and the participant:s will have the chance to win individual prizes (lottery pot).

Exercise selection is limited to classic deadlift, bench press, hip thrusts and squats.

The weight used will be carefully chosen by the participants on their own responsibility and used for the social media video.

The clip of the video must be chosen in such a way that the weight used is recognizable and matches the written information in the Instagram Story.

X Among all participants, 7 x 11 weeks of free training + 5 x 2 club tickets for the Winter Edition of the WORLDCLUBDOME will be raffled. Within the winning club, another 7×11 weeks of free training will be raffled.

X Multiple participation is possible in the competition period, but only one maximum weight per person counts per day.

X The competition ends on 11.11.2023 at 23:59. The winners of the lottery will be notified privately on Instagram by @fitseveneleven_ on Monday, 11/14/2023 and will be credited with the free training weeks. The STRONGEST CLUB will also be awarded after the challenge period.

X Data protection: For participation in the 7.11 Day Challenge, it is necessary to provide personal data. The participant (m/f/d) assures that the personal data provided by him/her, in particular first name, last name and, if applicable, email address are true and correct. The organizer points out that all personal data of the participant (m/f/d) will neither be passed on to third parties nor given to them for use without consent. In the event of a win, the winner (m/f/d) agrees to the publication of his/her name in the advertising media used by the organizer. This includes the announcement of the winner (m/f/d) on the website of the operator and its social media platforms. The participant (m/f/d) may revoke his/her declared consent at any time. The revocation must be sent in writing to marketing@fitseveneleven.de. After revocation of the consent, the collected and stored personal data of the participant (m/f/d) will be deleted immediately.

X Applicable law: Questions or complaints in connection with the 7.11 Day Challenge or its content should be addressed to the operator. Contact options can be found in the imprint area of the FITSEVENELEVEN homepage.

X Severability clause: If any provision of these Terms and Conditions of Participation is or becomes invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions of Participation shall not be affected thereby. Instead of the invalid provision, the legally permissible provision that comes closest in economic terms to the meaning and purpose expressed in the invalid provision shall apply. The same shall apply in the event of a loophole in these Terms and Conditions of Participation.
