Step By Step – Instructions for canceling your membership via your FITSEVENELEVEN APP

 

Step 1. Open the FITSEVNELEVEN APP with your account // Select your home gym via the web app.

Step 2. Go to the “HomeGym” icon at the bottom of the footer and select “Self-Service”.

Step 3. There you will find the heading “Manage membership” and select contract data.

Step 4. There you will find your current contract data

Step 5. If you select the contract data, you will find the option “Options” in the next menu field.

Step 6. You can cancel your contract there.

As an alternative to canceling via the app, you can contact our customer service support@fitseveneleven.de.

We are very sorry that you would like to cancel your membership. If you decide to remain part of our FITSEVENELEVEN community, simply let your contract continue or contact our customer service support@fitseveneleven.de.
