REQUIREMENT PROFILE EXPANSION OF THE BODYCLUBS

- Clear room height of at least 3.00 m from OKFFB (upper edge of finished floor)
- Load bearing capacity of 5 kN/m2 guaranteed
- Representative and exclusive entrance situation
- Visible, (prominent) advertising space
- Sufficient parking space depending on the size of the area and its location
- 200m² to 3,500m² area size
- In large and medium-sized cities areas of 1,300m² to 3,500m²
