01From what age can you train at FITSEVENELEVEN?
- To become an independent member of the FITSEVENELEVEN community, you must be at least 18 years old. (If you are 15 or older, your parents must be present when you sign the contract).
02How can I arrange a trial training session?
- With a day ticket, you can test the club of your choice without obligation and get a refund if you sign up! Alternatively, you can contact our sales team at: sales@fitseveneleven.de or by telephone on 069-153 240 672.
03Where can I train with my FITSEVENELEVEN membership?
- Members of the BLACK LABEL Clubs are entitled to use the training facilities and courses offered in all existing FITSEVENELEVEN BLACK LABEL and RED LABEL Clubs. https://fitseveneleven.de/black-label/
04How do I pay for my membership?
- You have the option of having the membership fee conveniently debited from your account via SEPA direct debit mandate. Your membership fee will be debited from your account every 14 days.
05Will the new BLACK LABEL studio be staffless and have a Digital Live Coach?
- The club will be operated temporarily without staff. A live coach will also be available in the club.
