01At what age can you start working out at FITSEVENELEVEN?
- To become a member of the FITSEVENELEVEN community on your own, you must be at least 18 years old. (If you are 15 or older, your parents must be present when you sign the contract.)
02How can I schedule a trial session?
- With a one-day pass, you can try out the club of your choice with no obligation, and if you decide to sign up, you’ll get a refund! Alternatively, you can contact our sales team at sales@fitseveneleven.de or by phone at 069-153 240 672.
03Where can I work out with my FITSEVENELEVEN membership?
- Black Label Studios members are entitled to use the training facilities and take classes at all existing FITSEVENELEVEN Black Label and Red Label clubs. https://fitseveneleven.de/black-label/
04How do I pay for my membership?
- You have the option to have your membership fee conveniently deducted from your account via a SEPA direct debit authorization. Your membership fee will be deducted from your account every 14 days.
05Will the new BLACK LABEL Studio feature unstaffed hours and a Digital Live Coach?
- The club will be staffed on a rotating basis. During these times, a live coach will be available to you at the club.
