01At what age can you start training at FITSEVENELEVEN?
- To become an independent member of the FITSEVENELEVEN community, you must be at least 18 years old. (If you are 16 or older, your parents must be present when you sign the contract.)
02How can I arrange a trial training session?
- A trial session gives you the opportunity to get to know us without obligation. You are welcome to purchase a day ticket via “Day/Week Pass.” Alternatively, contact our sales team at: sales@fitseveneleven.de or by phone at 069-153 240 672.
03Where can I train with my FITSEVENELEVEN membership?
- Members of Pink Label Studios are entitled to use the training facilities and course offerings at all existing FITSEVENELEVEN, Black Label, and Red Label clubs.
04What payment options are available for membership?
- You have the option of having the membership fee conveniently debited from your account via SEPA direct debit mandate. Your membership fee will be debited from your account every 14 days.
05Will PINK LABEL have unstaffed periods and a digital live coach?
- In the future, there will be a Digital Live Coach, but for the time being, there will be no unstaffed periods.
