Spread over two floors with an open gallery, the 1,500-square-metre club offers everything you need for HYROX and functional training: a separate HYROX training area with all the necessary equipment, an open training box for individual training and a mobility area.
Our FITSEVENELEVEN HYROX TRAINING CLUB is located in Kalbach, near Frankfurt am Main. Thanks to good public transport connections and on-site parking, the club is easily accessible. The impressive location features high ceilings and attractive interiors in the signature FITSEVENELEVEN style. Where? At our FITSEVENELEVEN HYROX TRAINING CLUB, you can choose from a daily selection of courses covering various HYROX components and performance levels. Whether you're preparing for a competition or just want to burn off some energy, there's something for everyone. Advance booking is required to participate in the courses.
Outside of class times, you can use the entire club as an open gym. During classes, a designated open box and mobility area are available for your individual training.

The opening hours are Monday to Friday from 5 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Saturday, Sunday and public holidays from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Access to the club is via a security gate, so you can enter the club even when staff are not present. The security gate works with your access card or access wristband, as well as with the QR code in the FITSEVENELEVEN app.
With a Black Label City or White Label City membership, you have access to the HYROX TRAINING CLUB for your individual training. To participate in the classes, you need to upgrade to a FITSEVENELEVEN HYROX membership. With this membership, you can book unlimited classes. Alternatively, we also offer individual drop-in tickets and 10-session passes.
You can request a change to your membership by emailing sales@fitseveneleven.de or directly at the FITSEVENELEVEN HYROX TRAINING CLUB.
No prior booking is required for individual training as part of the open gym. Please note that only a limited area of the club is available for this purpose during classes and that the area required for the class must be cleared.
Prior booking via the FITSEVENELEVEN app is required to participate in classes.
Yes, the training area generally has capacity for up to 50 participants. The exact number of participants depends on the class in question. You can find more information about this in the FITSEVENELEVEN app.
You can use the Open Gym for your individual training without any time restrictions and without booking in advance.
Please note that the areas needed for a course must be cleared during class times. So take a look at the class schedule and plan your training accordingly.
