SKY’S THE ONLY LIMIT

Endurance, strength, agility, speed, dexterity, balance, coordination and accuracy: the FITSEVENELEVEN Club in Eschborn offers a unique full-function area for athletes who want a really challenging cross workout – the legendary District 711.

Push your fitness and performance to the top – on our racks and stations. The core of District 711 is the free training area (parkour) and the 711 CrossCage. Both can be used by all members. After an introductory course (Hell’s Kitchen), everyone can do freestyle training and carry out selective exercises without training supervision or go for a training session in a small “squad” team.

For every hour of training, the squad team is accompanied by an instructor who has only one goal: to push the squad and to raise the fitness levels of the whole group as far as possible. The focus is on very high intensity exercises that are carried out in the core area. Each unit (Workout of the day – WOD) comprises a clearly defined number of laps to be performed in the shortest possible time and demands maximum competitiveness in the group.
