DIGITAL LIVE COACH
You will find our new system in six FITSEVENELEVEN clubs, which is available to you outside of fixed staff hours. Live and with a real trainer! The Digital Live Coach looks after your studio digitally and remotely, while at the same time remaining available to answer any questions you may have about your training, membership and other specials. We are currently in a pilot phase, which we are using to put the system through its paces and give you the best possible training experience.

How does the Digital Live Coach work?
- Instead of one trainer on site, the Digital Live Coach can supervise and manage several studios at the same time. You will find a terminal at two locations in your club - in front of and behind the check-in. You make the Digital Live Coach aware of you by tapping on the screen and being connected to him.
In which clubs can I find the Digital Live Coach?
- You can find the Digital Live Coach in the following body clubs: Bad Homburg, Schwalbach, Bornheim, Riedberg Pink, East Black, Niederrad, Hanau, Oberursel, Offenbach Pink. The system will also be available in other clubs in the future.
At what times is the Digital Live Coach active?
- The Digital Live Coach looks after the off-peak times from 05:00 / 08:00 to 09:00 / 10:00 and from 20:00 to 23:00 / 22:00.
What is the Digital Live Coach for?
- The new system offers a wide range of options to enrich everyday club life in the long term. In addition to full service and the ability to speak to a member of staff as usual, safety and a pleasant training experience are still guaranteed!
How do I check in?
- Check-in also works without the Digital Live Coach! Simply hold your membership card up to the reader at the turnstile, wait for the green light, go through and start your training as normal! Alternatively, you can check in and out via QR code, which you can find in our app. There are rental cards at the counter that you can use to lock your locker. (Please bring these back again).
Can I also visit the club with a day ticket?
- Yes, if you have a day or week ticket, simply contact the Digital Live Coach, who will open the turnstile for you. You will find rental tickets for using the lockers at the counter.
Can I get advice on memberships at the Club?
- Ja, der Digital Live Coach steht Dir genauso zur Seite, wie ein Trainer vor Ort! Du kannst Fragen zur Mitgliedschaft, Deinem Training, Änderungen Deines Vertrages und sämtlichen anderen Themen stellen und auch Änderungen vornehmen.
