You will find our new system in selected FITSEVENELEVEN clubs, which is available to you outside of regular staff hours – live and with a real trainer! The Digital Live Coach manages your studio digitally and remotely, while remaining available to you for any questions you may have about your training, membership and other special offers.
How does the Digital Live Coach work?
Instead of an on-site trainer, the Digital Live Coach can supervise and manage several studios at the same time. You will find a terminal at two locations in your club – in front of and behind the check-in desk. You can attract the Digital Live Coach's attention by tapping on the screen and connecting with it.
In which clubs can I find the Digital Live Coach?
You can find the Digital Live Coach in all BODYCLUBS, except for WHITE LABEL TaunusTurm and BLACK LABEL HUB clubs.
At what times is the Digital Live Coach active?
The Digital Live Coach is available during off-peak hours from 5:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., as well as from 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m.
What is the purpose of the Digital Live Coach?
The new system offers a wide range of options for enriching everyday club life in the long term. In addition to full service and the opportunity to speak to a member of staff as usual, safety and a pleasant training experience are still guaranteed!
How do I check in?
You can check in without the Digital Live Coach! Just hold your membership card up to the turnstile reader, wait for the green light, go through, and start your workout like normal! You can also check in and out using the QR code in our app. There are rental cards at the counter that you can use to lock your locker. (Please return these afterwards.) How do I check in?
Can I visit the club with a day ticket?
Yes! If you have a day or weekly ticket, simply contact the Digital Live Coach, who will open the turnstile for you. You will find rental cards for using the lockers at the counter.
